Our mission is to fill a major gap in the local market by providing an unparalleled, high-quality, and multi-themed venue that will become a staple for locals and a destination for visitors.

A 90-Day, Evolving Partnership

The High Desert's Newest Tradition:

As a vendor, you’ll be part of the action inside our 8,000 sq ft, fully indoor climate-controlled venue (with additional outdoor vendor space available). From spooky snacks in October to holiday treats in December (Coming Soon), this is your chance to grow your audience, sell your products, and align with a brand-new High Desert tradition.

Indoor and outdoor vendor spaces are limited. Rates range from $30 per night (outdoor, standard nights) up to $75 on premium indoor nights. Apply early to secure your preferred date & location.

*Winter Wonderland Hours:

  • Fridays 5–9 PM

  • Saturdays 1–8 PM

  • Sundays 12–6 PM

  • Christmas Week (Dec 22–24) 12–8 PM

October Schedule:

We Offer an Intelligent, Evolving Event

Our business model is our greatest strength. We are a dynamic, evolving venue designed for longevity and continuous engagement that will prominently feature advanced projection mapping and other technologies by Freestyle Reality.

  • October: Theatrical Haunt. A high-tech, professionally designed haunted maze for teens and adults.

  • December: Winter Wonderland. We will publicly announce this event in early November, creating a new wave of buzz and media attention as we convert the venue into a family-friendly, awe-inspiring, North Pole-themed experience, complete with a meet-and-greet with Santa, vendors and other entertainment. This allows us to capture the valuable family demographic and extend our season into the holidays.

We're Targeting Multiple Demographics

Unlike a typical haunt that only attracts a single, short-term audience, we have built a model that appeals to three distinct customer bases:

  • The October Thrill-Seeker: Ages 13-40, attracted by high-tech scares an interactive maze and vendors. Additional hours may be added for younger audiences.

  • Winter Wonderland: Parents and children, ages 5-12, who are seeking a magical, safe, and memorable holiday experience. Our venue will turn into a Winter Wonderland where families will have a photo-op with Santa.

Indoor Vendor Booths (Prime, Climate-Controlled)

  • $50 per night (standard nights: Oct 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30)

  • $75 per night (premium nights: Oct 9, 31, Nov 1)

  • Winter Wonderland Prices to be released in November with priority registration given to October vendors.

  • Approx. booth size: 8x8 ft (customizable based on final layout)

  • Inclusion on our digital and on-site vendor map.

  • Logo on our website and shared social media recognition

  • Opportunity for themed menu tie-ins ("Spooky Snacks" in October, "Holiday Treats" in December).

  • 2 VIP Fast Passes + 4 General Admission Passes (one time only)

Outdoor Vendor Booths

  • $50 per night (premium nights: Oct 9, 31, Nov 1)
