Do I need to buy my tickets in advance? Yes. All tickets must be purchased online for a specific 30-minute time slot. We do not sell tickets at the door. Due to high demand, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets well in advance to secure your preferred time and avoid disappointment.

What is your refund or reschedule policy? All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This is a live, limited-run event. However, you can reschedule your ticket to a different available date and time for a small fee up to 24 hours before your originally scheduled visit.

How long are the wait times? We operate using a time-slot system to ensure minimal wait times. By arriving within your designated 30-minute window, you should experience a very short queue before entering the antique mall.

Do you offer large group discounts? Yes, we do. For groups of 10 or more, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance through our contact page to learn about our special group rates.

How scary is "Terrors at the Antique Mall"? The experience is designed to be very scary and intense, using jump scares, loud sounds, and disturbing imagery. We do not tone down the experience for anyone. If you’re not screaming, you’re not having fun!

How long does the entire experience take? The walk-through itself is a continuous experience that takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes from start to finish. However, you should account for time in the queue line and any time you might spend at our concession and merchandise stands.

Is the experience the same every night? No. Our attraction is a live show with professional actors, so every night is a unique experience. We also change our themes and exhibits seasonally for our November and December shows.

Is there an age minimum? “Terrors at the Antique Mall” is a highly intense experience; it is not recommended for children under 13 years of age. While there is no strict age minimum for entry, we strongly recommend that parents and guardians consider the maturity of their children before purchasing tickets. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

What if I get too scared? If you become too scared to continue, you can ask the nearest cast member or staff to be escorted to the closest exit. Please note that no refunds will be given.

Do the actors touch you? Our actors are trained professionals and will not touch, grab, or push you. However, please be aware that accidental contact may occur in the dark, crowded areas. Similarly, you are not allowed to touch our cast members or props under any circumstances.

Can I take photos or video inside the haunt? No. For the safety of our guests and our actors, photography, video, or any recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the antique mall. The use of flashes can temporarily blind our actors and ruin the experience for other guests. Photos are welcome outside the attraction.

What is your policy on costumes and bags? You may wear a costume, but full-face masks, gore makeup that could be mistaken for our actors' makeup, and props are not permitted. Only small purses or handbags are allowed past the ticket booth, and all bags are subject to a search by our security team. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone for any reason.

What should I wear? For your safety, please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. High heels, sandals, and long, dangly jewelry are not permitted.

Is there parking? Yes. Please follow the directions of our security staff upon arrival.

What if it rains? Our attraction is an indoor event, so we are open rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, please check our social media for any potential closure updates.

Are there food and drinks available? Yes. We have a variety of food, snacks, drinks, and specialty concessions available for purchase, as well as exclusive "Terrors at the Antique Mall" merchandise. We do not permit outside food or drinks.

Do not bring:

Pets, weapons, drugs, cameras, smoking, vaping, laser pointers, flashlights, beverages, food, bags (backpacks or shopping bags). Refunds will not be given.

Accessibility Information

We want everyone to have a great experience at our haunted attraction. Please note that the walkthrough currently begins on the second floor of our venue, and there is no elevator or lift available at this time. This means the main attraction is not wheelchair accessible.

To ensure no one misses out, we’ve created an alternative ground-floor experience that features themed scares, effects, and interactive elements inspired by the main walkthrough. This option is available to any guest who cannot access the upstairs attraction.
